Dealorya Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using services provided by Dealorya, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

Dealorya provides legal support for real estate transactions, including contract review, property due diligence, closing coordination, and related advisory services.

3. Info Products

Dealorya offers digital guides, templates, and video seminars related to real estate law. Access to these info products is granted upon purchase and delivery is via download or secure online access.

4. Goods

Physical materials such as printed agreements or supplementary documents may be purchased. These goods are shipped to the address provided at purchase.

5. Refund Policy

5.1 Services

Clients may request a credit to the original payment method if a cancellation is made at least 48 hours before the scheduled service. Alternatively, clients may choose to reschedule at no additional cost. Requests must be submitted via Contact Form and will be processed within 10 business days.

5.2 Info Products

For digital content, a credit to the original payment method may be issued if no access or download is recorded and a request is made within 14 days of purchase. To submit a request, use the Contact Form. Processing time is up to 10 business days.

5.3 Goods

Physical items may be sent back within 30 days of shipment if they remain unused and in their original condition. Clients must obtain a shipment authorization via Contact Form. Once items are received and inspected, a credit to the original payment method will be issued within 15 business days.

6. No Credit Cases

Customized legal services or expedited support are not eligible for credits due to resource allocation and immediate work commencement upon order confirmation.

7. Scheduling and Rescheduling

Rescheduling of legal consultations or other booked services is available if requested at least 48 hours in advance via Contact Form. Late rescheduling requests may incur an administrative fee.

8. User Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely cooperation with our legal staff, and adherence to applicable laws and regulations.

9. Limitation of Liability

Dealorya is not liable for outcomes resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the client.
